[211] Whiting Genealogy p.19 states: His children, Betty, Ebenezer, Micajah,
were bapt. Sherborn, June 3, 1781. He sold land in Framingham and
Sherborn, 1779 and 1780, and bought lands in Chelmsford, 1792, 1794 and
1797. (Middlesex Deeds.)

Were there also other, possibly older children?

Initially known as East Chelmsford, Lowell became a separate town in 1826.
Ten years later, the city of Lowell received its charter from the
Massachusetts Legislature.
