Robert Westcott died Tuesday night at No.10 Loring Street, at the age of
57 years. He was a native of Bethany, Penn., and had resided in Lowell
but a short time.

All 4 children were born in Elizabeth, NJ spanning 3/1863 through 1/1869

Robert Edward Wescott's death notice stated that Dr. Robert Wescott was
born in Scranton, PA. Maybe Dr. Wescott actually practiced later in
Scranton?
